Dec. 14-18

This week, we kept learning about force. A lot of it was from that giant kinematics and dynamics thing on the computer. We made some tables and graphs and somehow found out that acceleration = force / mass. We aso found out that if there are equal forces, the acceleration is 0.

We also learned about Newton's third law, which states that every force causes the same force on another object in a different direction. We learned that by going on carts and pushing people who were also on cartts. This is useful because now we know not to push or pull anything while on roller skates or carts.

Lastly, we learned that everything falls with the same acceleration of 10 N. For example, the earth would pull something that was 1 kg with 10N. 10/ 1= 10. It is always 10 n/kg or 9.8 m/s sq.
