Science Class- Nov. 24-26

This week, we went over where the parts of the cells are and where they are, because next week, we will learn what they do. These are the cell parts we found and labeled in class. 

Plant Cell

central vacuole, nucleus, mitochondria, rough ER, smooth ER, golgi apparatus, ribosomes,cytoplasm, chloroplast, cell membrane, cell wall

Animal Cell

nucleus, mitochondria, rough ER, smooth ER, ribosomes, cytoplasm, lysosomes, centriole, golgi apparatus, cell membrane

We also tried to find these parts in cell pictures under microscopes. It was a lot harder than trying to find the parts in the diagrams, because everything looks like a smudge. Sometimes I can't see all of parts, so I'm not sure which parts I can see. There are also some parts that I've never heard of before
